Raceway Express Car Wash

I am a member here with 2 cars. We pay $60 a month. The blow dryers for the cars have not worked for over 2 months the entire passenger side of your car is left soaking wet. They still have not fixed it.

Love this place! Staff is always awesome. They have compressed air hoses at the vacuums perfect for blowing out my wheels and excess water before drying. We pay 1 low monthly price for unlimited washes on both our cars, and we use it A LOT! Seems like they have a little bit of a turn over but that never affects their service, their staff is always on it and the place is neat and clean. Have an issue, or need some help? Don't hesitate to ask and they will bend over backwards to take care of whatever you need. We literally been going here for almost 5 years and I really don't use any other car washed except for a coin op on the other side of town if I can't make it here. Still number one!

Service is great, I got a free wash to see if It was worth it to get the monthly membership. Carwash did not meet the expectations. I had some spots that should be removed by the wash. I was able to remove them with the rags that are provided (that was a big plus). Moreover, 2 of the vacuums on my stall did not work, I had to wait for the cars next to me to use them. I was really looking forward to a good wash and getting the membership since I drive by every day but I will continue to wash my cars at home.

I really like this car wash due to its convenience on my way to and from work. However dor the last couple of weeks the passenger side blower dryer has not been functioning, making it necessary for me to exit the vehicle and dry it in order to not have water spots. I usually just drive away, since I'm a solo driver and my interior doesn't really get soiled, so I don't use the vacuums. Otherwise I'd of given you a 5 star rating.

We went for a carwash and was offered the monthly deal, my son said no, yet the guy went ahead and signed us up for the monthly that will now automatically be deducted from our credit card. When we told him we said we did not want that and we said no, he said oh you can just cancel anytime. We'll, it is not letting us cancel and we don't have time to come in there to cancel in person. Really bad customer service. Now I probably have to completely cancel our credit card and have a new one issued since Raceway makes it impossible to cancel after we said no in the first place. Thanks Raceway for this inconvenience.
