I previously purchased a membership on February 20. I went to wash my car around 5:45 p.m. I was approached by Jose and Bailey. They told me my membership was not showing up; they took my number and entered my license plate, but still found nothing. They asked if my zero was an "O." They said they could not help me, told me to have a good day, and walked away—very rude and unprofessional. I remembered having to provide an email when I signed up, so I went back a second time and asked them to look up my email, and Bailey had an attitude. I don't understand why they could not have looked up my email the first time. Then, as I entered the wash, the attendant did not guide me properly; I hit something while entering. The exit is very dangerous; I had a hard time exiting the wash. Customer service is horrible. It seems like they don't know what they are doing; maybe some more training is needed.

Lots of parking spots for the vacuums, some quick quacks aren't as spacious. So this is great! The only con I have is the exiting out of the car wash not as spacious as I would like especially if you have a big SUV. You really need to be cautious of the sharp turn. Other than that it's like any other Quick Quack

This car wash tore my license plate off my vehicle. After spending almost 2 hours, driving back to the car wash to retrieve my license plate and then extracting the bolts that were broken off from my license plate holder and reinstalling my license plate, I filed an incident report, only for them to send me an email stating that they claim no liability. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. 🤔👎

Greta prices, clean facility, helpful staff. Car wash leaves my car clean. Fresh towels and good vacuums! Come check them out!! New location!
