They open at 7 but every time I try to come early they are closed still or we have to wait a while. It’s kind of upsetting when you have things to do and they are never open when they say they are. And there’s no urgency for the sake of people’s time it’s just inconsiderate. When I’m paying a monthly membership for this place.

Pulling up to Quick Quack Car Wash off Graham Avenue in Moreno Valley, I already knew I was in for a smooth experience. My trusty 2008 Toyota Camry had seen its fair share of road dust, but within minutes, it was gleaming like new. The process was effortless—just a quick drive-through, and the powerful jets and soft brushes handled everything. What really stood out, though, was the top-notch vacuums—strong enough to lift every last crumb and bit of dirt from my seats and floor mats without losing suction. The staff made the whole experience even better, greeting me with genuine smiles and cheerful energy that felt welcoming rather than rushed. Quick Quack doesn’t just save me time and effort, it makes car care almost enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

I have a 2023 Tesla Model Y. Less than 6 months old. Windshield was in perfect shape. Went through the wash and heard a pop. Saw that the windshield cracked on the top middle of the windshield. I told the person who checked me in and she agreed she did not see the crack when I entered the wash. They took a report and pictures and then gave me the run around for over a month. Finally stating that a rock chip caused the crack. I took the car back to them and asked them to find a rock chip in the windshield and they could not. Eventually stating that they would not be paying for the damage regardless of fault. If you have a newer or nicer car I would recommend finding a place that is a little gentler on the cars.

Machine broke while driving through damaging mirror and scratching truck and bending license plate. Manager didn’t seem to have no answer or scared to say anything when asking my questions just said they will get back to me via email . I was literally holding the piece that broke covered in oil in my hand but still have to review cameras

The customer service was outstanding! The area was also well kept, despite the few pieces of trash and rags near other cars. I also really appreciated the, "rain check," they had because it does rain quite a bit in this area. I just requested a basic car wash and the price point wasn't terrible (because I'm an out of state worker). There's also these super cute hampers for the used rags and I love it! Definitely coming back here to clean up either a rental or personal vehicle.
