Came this this place, because it was convenient. As my vehicle was pulling out from the wash I noticed my rim was broken!!! I immediately asked for a supervisor. He asked me what happened I said I’m not sure when I came in here my car had no damage! He then proceeded to make jokes about hair I got a $20 car wash and something like this happened should have gotten a more expensive wash maybe this would have never happened. I then say “so your telling me since I paid what I could afford you guys break my rim??” Then he says we have to take a look at the footage you may have came in here like this, something like this never happens. I’m so livid!! Never come here people! Currently waiting on them to review footage.. I’ll keep everyone updated.

The #1 Best Carwash in Moreno valley . If you want your car looking like it just came out the Dealership brand spanking new. This is the place to go to. I only take my cars here to get Washed . because there team of employees are all great detailers. And are very polite . They all do A great job. And I would not go anywhere else but to Alessandro Auto Spa. I have been a solid customer of there's for about 3 years. They go above and beyond to satisfy there customers . Thank you guys for always keeping my Cars looking nice and ready. Prices are great . Package deals are awesome .

Super wash on tesla y= $40. The $6=oversized vehicle. Any size "suv" hatchback style is considered oversized. No hand wash, all spraying. I made the mistake of coming on a busy day... Learned something new.

I decided to try this place today because the other place down the street has not been the same since the change of ownership. There were only 3 cars including mine so the actual wash was pretty quick. The guy drying my car was also very quick but didn’t do a good job. My windshield was not wiped well enough, the tires didn’t look clean. The car looked like it was washed 2 days ago not like it had just washed. I had asked for air freshener yet when I got in the car it didn’t smell like anything. The guy did spray more and it had a faint scent. which turned to an odd scent like 10 minutes later. I still gave the guy a $5 tip though because he is working out in the hot sun. I think I will return to my usual place. It’s not the best but it’s better.

my 2nd time here , service is way better than other hand wash , they were very busy today and still working fast , they clean the interior of my car very good . outside not bad missed fee tiny spots . will definitely go back again
