Pete’s Express Car Wash Horsham

I recently visited Pete’s Express Car Wash Horsham on Jan 27th 2025 and had a disappointing experience. Due to an employee’s mishandling, my front bumper was damaged during the wash process. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. This incident has caused me significant inconvenience and repair costs. I advise others to exercise caution when considering services from this establishment.

I am just hardened that after six months of requesting a refund for a discontinued membership that there’s little to no response. My father, who is in his 80s was a loyal customer to Pete for years, but when he fell and broke his shoulder and no longer drives his car, they one told me I could not cancel on the phone or online I had to come in person which is difficult since the daughter’s taking care of him live an hour away we finally Convince them to cancel the membership. They told me that they would send a refund in the mail monthly I am speaking with them, but still to no avail. I hope that this company recognizes when people are loyal that they need to treat them the same as they’ve been treated

I take all my cars to Pete’s because they are the best car wash in Montgomery County After trying them all Pete’s is the best! I highly recommend !!!!

Today was second time using Pete’s. Courteous staff. They let me go through for a rewash to try to clean off old grime from my hood, which no longer has a clear coat. I will def use them again (after I detail my hood). Bring a towel with you if you want to 100% dry your car off after a wash. No blower is going to do that satisfactorily. This place does not have a guy at the exit to dry your car off. The free vacuums are a nice feature.
