LUV Car Wash

The most expensive and worst quality car wash in this area. It was super crowded, I do not understand why? It was a 30 minutes wait in the queue. While waiting I saw a Nissan Pathfinder that pulled up for vacuum after the wash. The rear windshield was not washed properly. I was at the point of no return meaning can't turn around otherwise I would have turned around. The kiosk does not show what was included in each package. During the wash I felt like it wasn't using enough water to rinse off. It just sprays soap, sprinkles few drops of water and then uses air to blow away the soap. The results show the poor quality wash. Please see the picture of my "Washed" car. Wise up people go somewhere else.

I’m giving a 5 star rating because the wash system does a great job and the employees are fantastic. On the corporation side I have not been pleased at all. I’m hoping things get better with their current systems upgrade. I’m sure time will work out all the bumps in the road. I do like the upgrades they currently put in place. Air hoses and microfiber cloths.

Fantastic experience all around, starting with all the caring and enthusiastic staff members eager to please their customers! The wash itself is very well maintained with excellent results. What really impressed me is the great vacuums and other tools available to be used to truly clean your car. What sets this wash apart from the rest are rhe towels available to truly dry/clean your car after the wash. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this car wash and will be a loyal customer!!

Absolutely LOVE this car wash!!!! There is a separate lane for monthly memberships so the wait time is less. There are super strong free vacuums with clean towels to dry the little bit of water left on your windows. They have an air gun to blow the little dust bunnies out of your gear shifter They have thought of EVERYTHING and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful!!! I will have my membership for years to come!!!! Eileen Lynn

Workers are super friendly and compliment my wrx, James is a GOAT. 9.99 for the first 2 months on any membership is unbeatable. Best drive thru car wash around.
