As we were at the register to pay for my Bronco (which I have taken before) charged my husband 40.00 for a “special hand wash vehicle was too large to go through wash tunnel” . I saw my vehicle going through as I have always watched my vehicle go through. My husband walks up and sees the Bronco going through and proceeds to tell me what the manger said and charged. So I walk out with my husband and the manager was shocked he didn’t know what to do. We hadn’t said anything yet. He almost walked away but I told him you know what you did and I want my difference back. After my refund I ch coed my Bronco out. My floors were not vacuumed nor were my seats my soft top usually they use a brush to clean it. I seen the dust on the top from when I went off roading. I visit the area often and I have taken my vehicles here for years. I don’t live near by. So when I travel for work it maybe 3xs a year I come here. I don’t know if it’s new ownership or manager. I asked for owners phone number or email no one would give it to me. The one they decided to give me I sent a complaint and never got a response."
