I like everything, female staff was very friendly then in the line the was male staff with sound proof ear muffles he looked professional. Entering the wash machine had lights so I felt I was in a light party🎉 overall I will return again. 12 dollars is okay but if the have a day discount special then I will definitely go back more!

Northridge Speedwash is fantastic! They offer great prices and make communication super easy. I really appreciate the free vacuuming for my vehicle—it’s a nice bonus! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, greeting us as soon as we pull up. Excellent service all around!

Updated review : 5 stars for customer service.~ Although I had an issue with my car after going through this car wash, the manager reached out to me the next day and personally took care of it. Even though their policy states they don’t cover cars older than five years, he was very reasonable and understanding, he spoke with his supervisor and made sure that they would be reimbursing me for half of the invoice for the broken part. I really appreciate his professionalism and customer service. That said, if your car is older than five years, I’d recommend hand washing it instead to avoid potential issues. Great customer service overall

For the basic package ($12 on 10/28/24) you can stay in your car to drive thru yourself. Vacuums are self service for free with a wash. Easy, quick and convenient. Warning - entrance is on Reseda. Google Maps tried to take us through the alley, which is only an exit only for the car wash.
