I stopped by this car wash behind Arco AM/PM to do a quick touchless wash on my car. My car got some oversprayed on it from a sprinkler or someone watering their lawn. So I wanted to remove that before it leaves waterspots. I got my car ceramic coated already so I just needed a simple wash. I pick the cheapest option they had and I also paid inside the store to avoid having to pay at the machine since I didn't trust it. I go to another touchless car wash place on Sepulveda and Sherman Way but this one was on my way home so I wanted to try it out. It uses the same technology I believe because it look like the same machine, the only difference is the blower. This location blower will forward and backward on your car while you're parked so that's convenient. The wash did a good job but the blower didn't fully dry my car so hopefully their spotless water won't leave any waterspots on my car.

Update: 25-Aug-24 - service did not improve. Infact I was mistreated when I raised the concern with the employee today. I am trying to get in touch with Manager, but employees are not letting me talk to him. Planning to take action as this location seems to be a ripoff especially even after multiple feedbacks given. I like touchfree car washes and this location is bit better than the one in Victory/Tampa. However the service does not match what’s advertised. I buy the works wash. The double presoak is not working. It only presoaks once. I’ve raised this concern with the store. Just like any store, the moment a customer complains they deny. But I’ve raised it anyway. I will hopefully use the car wash again and will update my review next time. Until then if anyone buys the works wash, ensure the double presoak works as expected.
