Newburgh Auto Spa

I've been a loyal customer for several months, getting the "works" or "ultimate wash" every month, but unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the past six months. Every time I go, my car consistently has water marks, is covered in dirt, and the inside is never properly vacuumed and the door jams are left untouched. The interior is often left wet, and the windows are still dusty—sometimes I honestly feel like my car comes out dirtier than when it went in. I tried addressing the issue by calling to speak to someone, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. A rude girl, who I assume works at the front desk, answered and was completely unhelpful. She transferred me to another person, who then transferred me to the general manager. Unfortunately, the manager hung up on me while I was explaining the ongoing issues. When I politely mentioned that this wasn’t the first time I had raised this concern, he told me to come back and that he’d clean the car himself. I asked what would be different about coming back, and he just said, "Because I’ll clean it." His response was unprofessional, and the whole interaction left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I've attached pictures showing the condition of my car after the wash. It’s clear the service has gone downhill, and I won’t be returning.

I went to get my car washed because they are the best but what happens… my car gets stuck in park and unable to move. Seems like something snapped inside the gear shift but I would not have known that without the help of the gentlemen on staff. They were of great assistance in figuring out the issue. They even temporarily fixed issue and drove me home to ensure my safety. This is a testament to their excellent customer service and professionalism. I have been a customer since they opened and will continue to be loyal to them. Highly recommend!!

I just purchased their ultimate car wash. The photos attached are AFTER the car wash. I called to let them know my backseat is still covered in dirt and the response was "yeah we don't do the seats". So if you're looking to actually get your interior cleaned, go somewhere else.

Went for a car wash today, and ordered the Ultimate wash for a single wash. Paid $33.00 dollars for interior and exterior cleaning. Upon leaving i notice the seats in the back needed to be wiped down and asked if they could pls wipe it down. One of the girls that clean said we don’t wipe down seats you can speak to the manager. So I go speak to the manager, he tells me we don’t wipe down seats for that service you need to detail the car for $120 dollars. I said it’s a small car all I want is to wipe it down to make it look clean, he said we don’t do it. Not even I’ll wipe it down this time but we don’t do it nothing just no. I said you lost a two car customer for life, he says no problem and walks away. Terrible service!!! Never again.

I’ve always been a believer in supporting local businesses but today I felt completely disrespected at Newburgh Auto Spa… Very RACIST… I do not appreciate how me or my belongings were treated today during my visit for Full Detail Service… My car was treated very poorly and rushed not to mention the amount of people who came after me and received immediate attention and was treated with more respect being Caucasian or Hispanic…. Couldn’t even get a proper hand wash before starting detail process as it was told to me would be $60 extra… took it upon themselves to run it through machine wash… I do not recommend anyone of the African American decent do business at this establishment… I’m not even the review type for those who know me but I needed to inform others this is not the place to take your luxury cars… Honda, Toyota, Nissan etc is cool but anything 50k or better wouldn’t recommend not even the slightest way… I hope things turn around but I will not be a returning customer….
