Foam & Wash Car Wash

Be aware of the Vails Gate location. I have noticed in the last month that as I was going through the car wash that the water sprayers was not turning on and even on these harsh salty days of January and February as most cars where going in they just never turned on the water sprayers I believe they should have done so, I didn’t notice until I took my time on 2/26/2025 to dry my car that there has been significant damage to my New Cadilac Escalde if you see the picture closely you will see the excessive swirls marks and scratches on the lower part of the body from front bumper to the rear bumper. Now upon me, exposing the damages to the manager, he rudely did not want to deal with my situation and telling me to cancel my service because I’m never happy and then that I’m always complaining and that I have never tipped. He even recommended that I sue the location. Hmm wondering if I’m not the first person that he dealt with this issue one I was oblivious when he told me that I always complained because in my over 10 years of coming to this location, I have never complained except for the towel problems that I believe we all went through, which was early summer of 2024 now I know that a car is not going to come out 100% clean and I was always OK with that but when you damage cars because you want to save money on water is where I draw the line when speaking to Paul the property manager to the other locations, he told me that they invested into the highest quality machines that all they need to do is to put soap in the cars, which they do, but I don’t see the logic of those brushes, running dry and spinning leaving excessive swirl marks and scratches now because of this location malpractice my vehicle is currently in the shop so the body shop could attempt to remove the swirl marks and scratches. It’s just sad that no one have even come to call me for any reimbursements, unfortunately, leaving me to take legal actions. Be aware folks where you take your car I could say that this location clearly does not care about your property. They only prioritize on their savings and running the car wash without water. And as per the manager to the Vailsgate location, be aware as he will attempt to escalate you by him coming to your face and even threatening you. In my situation I walked away. Call the cops and filled a police report so I may take civil actions to this location. The one thing I do want to think that Manager is recommending me to sue this location.

Foam & Wash in Vails Gate is always a great experience. The service is fast, the wash does a great job, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Tyler truly stands out—he’s friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it’s guiding cars in quickly or lending a hand with anything extra, he does it all with a great attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and keeping things running efficiently. The rest of the team is just as reliable and hardworking, making every visit a smooth and pleasant one.

Our household has the unlimited wash membership here for two cars and we love it, especially after the recent renovations. Everyone who works here is always so nice and someone usually come out of the office to say hello and make sure you aren’t having any difficulty with the entry scanner. My car is always sparkly clean after a wash here and my toddler loves the color changing LED lights throughout the “ride”. They even change the lights to Christmas colors around the holiday season. Also appreciate the free vacuums for members!

I've been going to Foam & Wash in the vails gate area for some time now. I recently purchased the multiple car wash with the discount option. It serves its purpose for the price as a carwash. The self service section is a great option if you want a more detailed or if you just like to do it yourself. Three stars, down the middle rating.

I’ve been going for over 20+ years. To me, this IS the best car wash in area. Staff are friendly. Wash/wax is excellent. My car looks great every time. Good job to all the foam and wash staff!
