Jewel City Valet & Eco Car Wash

The guys at the car wash did a fabulous job with our Tesla! We just came back from a very long road trip and our car was a mess with bug splats and dirt. Our old favorite in the Americana, 91210 Auto Spa, is no longer in service, so we tried Jewel City. The staff were super courteous helping us choose the package we needed. They didn't try to push anything extra on us. Notably, most of the staff had already gone home because it was a slow day, but the one guy still there agreed to stay on and take care of our car himself. He finished 30 minutes earlier than the quoted time and our car was spotless! Very happy we found a great new car wash! Will definitely be coming back!

The car wash staff were super professional and easy to talk to. They accommodated our car for a wash fairly close to closing time, and completed the wash quicker than expected! The car looked fantastic afterwards. I was a customer of the other car wash at the Americana for a while, but now that it's closed, I'm super happy to come here instead. Thanks for the great wash.

Stay away. Do NOT go here. The owner and his team member are extremely extremely racist and misogynistic. They just want to be able to sit in fancy cars. I usually park my range rover with them for the last few months, and whenever I ask them too many questions or for better service, they made excuses and they were extremely racist to me. I am a queer black and brown woman, and it's completely disgustingly unacceptable for them to say racial slurs at me. Both the owner and his worker William, denied to my face that they were being anti-Black to me. William asked numerous personal and intrusive questions about my Range Rover ONLY when I was nice to them. Yet… when I asked clarifying questions about where my car was and when it was being returned to me… i got met with silence and excuses. They YELLED at me on the street in public and no one came to my defense. I said I would call the cops because they were scaring me and they CANNOT TREAT BLACK AND BROWN WOMEN LIKE THIS. Ever!!!!!!!!! The owner said that he has a black friend so he can't be racist? Are you insane? I was in tears telling them to give me a refund and just give me my car so I can get out of there and they said that I should just never come back. Disgusting treatment of women!!!!!! How DARE you!!!!!!!! I was all alone with my dog and they pulled power moves. For a cheap valet service at a busy mall? How disgusting. Everyone says they care about black and brown women and our lives… But you never do!!!!!! Disgusting disgusting terrible customer service. I was left shaking and I was so scared. I’m terrified to go back to the mall out of fear of seeing them. I get my nails done and go to the mall… now I never ever want to go back. Do not ever leave your car with them. Do NOT go here and just park ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Please be warned. I want all women, especially black women and brown women and queer women, like me as a queer brown black woman, to be safe.
