I recently had a fantastic experience at a local car wash that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff member who set a positive tone for my visit. The pricing was very reasonable, making it easy to choose a wash that fit my budget. After selecting my wash, I was welcomed inside by another lovely team member who assisted me promptly. She invited me to enjoy their café lounge while I waited, which was a delightful surprise. The lounge offered a wide variety of food options, including fresh wraps, kabob sandwiches, and a full coffee bar—perfect for anyone looking to grab a bite while their car is being cleaned. When I returned to my vehicle, I was thoroughly impressed. My car was meticulously cleaned, and there were no issues whatsoever. Overall, this car wash not only provided excellent service but also created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash experience!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND While in Glendale , I was searching for a car wash and stumbled across city car wash on Broadway. I needed a quick car wash which it was not but that’s OK! I ordered the number three for $21. I was greeted by a happy smiley face, pleasant gentleman who took my order. The cashier was even more pleasant and cheerful. they have an amazing, indoor café sandwich, shop coffee, plenty of tables in and out. When my car finally came out, I watched the gentleman I can’t say clean rather detail my car. I had no idea you could clean the window so many times to get them so crystal clear. It took him an additional 30 minutes. He worked on my car and I was so pleasantly surprised both the inside and outside were immaculate. I could not tip him enough as I felt. I had him solely working on my car, making sure it was perfect for me. Again greeted by a pleasant face wishing me a wonderful day. What a great way to start my day. I love the hours are 8 to 6 so I can go before or after or on my way to work. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will definitely be back with all our family cars.

Fun place great service! and has all sorts of fun things here to explore coffee TV. The place is clean. ClientService. You can get coffee while you wait and play games you can shop different products. The atmosphere is good and they even have a raffle and you can win some gifts.

Great experience at Citi Car Wash! My Tesla required a hand wash, which cost a bit extra, but the service was quick—done in 45 minutes. The large café lounge made the wait easy. Efficient, thorough, and worth it!

This is my third time coming there. My first time my husband took my car in and it was spotless and the inside was cleaned so good and everything vacuumed. He had paid the $39. I took it in the next time for same price and it was just me present and it didn’t get cleaned like the first time. They didn’t even vacuum the floor and still crumbs all over the seats and it wasn’t wiped down all the way. The wheels I had to finish wiping down when I took it back home. I did talk to the manager there and I came back there to have them redo the inside. Today was the last time coming. I don’t want to have to point out to the person cleaning the car all the obvious spots missed. The Matt was clean but not even the side of the floor or seats were vacuumed. He was ready to hand over my keys and I had to ask him to vacuum. The doors were not even wiped down. I was calm and asked with a smile to please vacuum and I asked for a rag so I could wipe down the doors. There were fingerprints still from my daughter’s food. He was very irritated and wouldn’t even look at me. I don’t want to have to deal with that again. I was even in the waiting room and one of the main people I see running the place was blocking off the area and instead of asking me to kindly go outside, he said Move… Get Out… I am blocking this off. I honestly feel I don’t get any respect at that place. There is a night and day difference when my husband goes there compared to me. I am looking elsewhere.
