I just love this place. I have been coming here for years with both of my vehicles. I always get the interior supreme for both of my vehicles. I love the job they do. They are excellent. Never any problems. Very friendly workers. I’m don’t go to any other car wash and I live 30 minutes away. They are the best around

Have been going here for 10+ years with a membership. I pulled in at 4pm on the dot and they were already shut down and refused to wash my car. More annoying that I got there at 4 for them to close minutes before they say they close! Canceling membership.so much for exceeding expectations. I was kind until the guy said it was 4:03. I looked down on my phone and it was just turning 4:01!

It pains me to write this review because i have been going here for 20 years . The staff is so friendly but the car wash itself is beyond bad. It’s happened before and i thought that someone was having a bad day. I came back today and it was worse. They did not vacuum my rear floors there were still leaves and popcorn on the floor. They didn’t vacuum my seats nor wipe down the interior . I asked why and they told me that they were told that is not part of the wash anymore . Only the console and a basic vacuum. It was not touched inside. I have all weather mats they didn’t even pull them out and hose them down. They told me that i should pay an additional $40 for an interior clean. My car just needed to be vacuumed and my seats wiped down. I can go to Sammy’s and pay significantly less and do it myself . Perhaps you should put a sign up that says interior cleaning is no longer included in any of the car washes. Only if you pay an extra $40. I love the guys who have been working there for years and they are just doing what they are directed to do i mean no reflection on them.

I never write reviews, but this has got to be the worst car wash I’ve ever paid for. Don’t bother wasting your money. A woman and I were standing there in disbelief at how fast they “dried” our cars. They left window cleaner still on the interior of my car. Go to the promenade or wash your car yourself. Will never return

I had an issue with my vehicle and Tom “The Owner” made me whole. I thought I would have to fight tooth and nail but that was not the case. Tom is an extremely professional business owner and he may have made a customer for life with me and my family. Thank you Tom and we will see you soon. I 100% recommend this establishment
