This is my first-ever online review, and I feel compelled to share my experience with Alex, the owner of this car wash. I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with him that has left me both frustrated and disrespected to my core. I have a 2017 Mercedes GLS 450 with 20,000 miles on it. In November 2024, I took my car through their wash tunnel. While my car was being washed, Alex approached my husband and me, handed us a wiper blade, and said, “This happens all the time with Mercedes cars. I’ve told the boys to tape down the wipers. You could just watch a YouTube video to fix it.” We took the wipers and left, only to find out from Mercedes that the wiper was part of a whole assembly that needed to be replaced, at a cost of $207.83. I reached out to the car wash multiple times to address the issue but was given the runaround. No one returned my calls. On Wednesday March 13th, I returned to the wash, and once again, the same issue occurred. This time, I only noticed after I had already left. When I called, I was told my wiper had been found, but that I should call back to speak with someone who could process a reimbursement. When I called on Saturday, I spoke with Alex. After asking for the make and model of my car, he told me he could only offer a $50 reimbursement, which was completely inadequate given the circumstances. He then proceeded to yell at me, disrespectfully citing his policies and mentioning that my car was "old." I asked him to lower his voice, and he apologized, allowing me to explain that the $50 wouldn't even cover a fraction of the repair cost. He then reverted to being rude, telling me to never bring my car back to his business and that I was welcome to take him to court. He also claimed that if I called back, it would be considered harassment. He told me he understood the kind of person I was and “the scheme” I was playing at. The conversation lasted about 12 minutes, and I barely got 3 minutes to speak. Realizing that Alex was being consistently disrespectful (probably because I am a woman), I handed the phone to my husband. He started off raising his voice and then lied about our conversation. He claimed that he couldn’t "understand" my husband due to a “language barrier,” despite both of us speaking English fluently. At this point, we realized the type of person we were dealing with. We declined the $50 and informed him that we would be filing a formal complaint against the business. While the staff at this car wash are courteous and professional, Alex's behavior is unprofessional, condescending, and unacceptable. He is clearly unfit to manage a business or handle customer complaints in a respectful manner.

I wanted to really like this car wash for my first time going here. I took my 2019 Mercedes not long ago and I paid for the top car wash (forgot the name of it) and I paid for the additional hand wax afterwards altogether roughly $70 or so. Ultimately, I was satisfied with the work. The reason for the one star review is because my SD card (which contributes to the function and navigation of my vehicle) was stolen out of my vehicle while it was being worked on by someone there. It was very obvious because my screen notified me immediately that my SD card (located inside the armrest mind you) was missing when I returned to my vehicle . Within minutes I returned and spoke to the gentleman behind the counter that day (don’t remember his name) who offered me no assistance and just brushed me off as if I conjured this story up because I clearly didn’t have anything else better to do with my time. Extremely frustrating to support a business that doesn’t prioritize customer loyalty. Typically, I don’t write reviews but I wanted to express my disappointment with this business as well as let it be known what type of activity is being conducted here in case anyone has experienced something similar. So, if you do attend this car wash be cognizant of your valuables, the condition of your vehicle, and pay attention to who is in your vehicle and what they are doing. This car wash gets busy and it is easy to lose sight with all the commotion. I noticed people just sit inside the building without any awareness of their vehicle. However, I waited outside and still experienced a theft. I’m not exactly sure who did it but I know it was definitely taken while my car was at this car wash and I still haven’t been able to replace my SD card. Thank you, I really appreciate that.

My hope is to be objective in this review. I brought my brand new vehicle there for my very first car wash. The staff was kind, courteous, and especially the gentleman at the front desk. He even offered free snacks and gave me a slip for a free exterior car wash. There was a significant concern with my vehicle not being placed on the tracks properly, which resulted in me speaking with staff several times to help them get the vehicle moving. But once it got going again, everything seemed okay. The reason for the poor review is how my car was handled, damaged, and upon reporting this, how my wife and I were treated. Below you will see images attached of what my vehicle looks like immediately after bringing it to this car wash. But please pay close attention to the damage done to the rim which you can observe in the picture. By the time I got home I noticed heavy streaking(see image) and decided to closely inspect the entire car. Upon closer inspection I noticed the lip of the rim(see image). I immediately called the location. The nice gentleman who offered me a free exterior wash, remembered me and happily told me to bring it back in so they could take a look. I traveled back to the car wash immediately with my wife as this happened to her vehicle. Once I walked inside, the nice gentleman who works upfront, greeted me and indicated that I needed to speak with another man about the concern. The other man asked me what happened and as I explained, he began speaking over me within 60 seconds of my response. He continued speaking over me and indicated that what I explained happened, wasn’t supported by the “camera evidence.” He told me that it needed to be further discussed in the back and walked towards the back of the store. The man continued his condescending stance and told me to watch the cameras which were on a television on one of the walls. It appeared that he had several videos pre-selected which we watched and ultimately confirmed exactly what I observed with my eyes during the car wash. I saw a closer angle of what actually led me to intervene with staff during the wash when I was there earlier. I saw what I needed and asked the next steps, and the man indicated that I cannot have a copy of the tape because he already has one (blatant lack of respect). He went on further to speak over me and indicate that he could not see what we were observing on the camera, I believe he was attempting plausible deniability. Due to how this was handled, I will not be sharing observed details until the conclusion of this process.The man continued to be condescending, and went onto explain that I would need to hire an expert witness, and I could not sue the organization. I would have to sue their insurance. This was not my intention, at all, so at this point, I indicated to the underdressed and unprofessional, escalating man, that my wife and I were leaving. As my wife and I were exiting the store, this man began screaming and yelling at me and my wife. It was unclear what was being said, but His behavior was so pronounced that the staff and over four customers in the store all stopped what they were doing to watch the spectacle that he continued to exhibit. All in all, I don’t know The title that this employee maintains at this car wash, nor the insurance company that I should be filing the damaged claim with. It should also be noted that this man did not take the time to go outside and visibly observe the damage. TLDR: brought my luxury car here for the first wash, it left dirty and DAMAGED. Mistakes happen, but the most egregious part of this was the way that My wife and I were treated after an employee error damaged the vehicle. To the ownership of this organization, you should be advised that this is how a first time customer is discarded. And be aware of the behavior of what appeared to be a version of a manager. I will update this review once the entirety of this process plays out.

I showed up around noon on a Saturday without an appointment and requested a full interior and exterior detail. My car was in desperate need of a deep cleaning in every way imaginable. The man at the front helped me right away, asked if I could leave the car for a few hours, and processed my payment. It took about 5-6 hours so you can imagine how bad it was. I wish I had taken before/after photos. But I am here to say they did a phenomenal job. My car looks almost as good as the day I got it. They did everything and they really paid attention to detail. I have had cleanings before where I got home and still had to go over things myself - not this time. My car looks immaculate inside and out. I just want to say that I am very impressed and will definitely be back.

Outstanding Service and Accountability! I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience at this car wash deserves recognition. Sometimes, things don’t go exactly as planned—and that’s where you really learn what kind of business you're dealing with. I left the wash with a non-working radio. Not ideal, of course, but what happened next truly impressed me. I returned to the car wash, and the staff took my details right away. Understandably, the first person I spoke to needed to verify that the issue occurred during the wash—any responsible business owner would do the same. Once things were confirmed, I was connected with Colin, and that's when everything turned around. Colin made the entire process effortless. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making things right. He covered the deposit needed to order the parts for the repair, and when it was time for service, he paid the remaining balance without hesitation. Communication was easy—I was able to text him directly, and he was always quick to respond. While no one wants to deal with a hiccup, it’s how those hiccups are handled that makes all the difference. This situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, Colin even offered several free car washes to ensure I stayed a happy, loyal customer. It's rare to find a business that stands behind its service the way this one does. Thanks again to Colin and the team—you’ve earned my trust and my future business!
