Services Offered

  • Exterior Wash: This foundational service focuses on removing dirt, grime, and environmental contaminants from your car's exterior. It typically involves a pre-soak, high-pressure wash, and rinse to ensure a clean surface.
  • Underbody Wash: Essential for protecting your vehicle from road salt and debris, especially during colder months. This service targets the underside of your car, where corrosive elements can accumulate.
  • Wheel Cleaning: Special attention is given to your wheels and tires to remove brake dust and road grime, leaving them looking shiny and new.
  • Spot-Free Rinse: Utilizes de-ionized water to prevent water spots from forming as your car dries, crucial for maintaining a pristine finish, especially on darker vehicles.
  • Protective Coatings: Many packages include options for wax applications or clear coat protectants. These layers provide an extra shield against the elements, enhance the paint's luster, and make future washes easier.

Falcon Fuel & Car Wash Customer Reviews

Paid for a $12.00 car wash which is the top of the line, what a rip off. Car was still dirty, spots on it after the no spotting rinse. Called to complain and the man in the store said to me if I had come back right away he could have inspected it. I live in Mt airy, explained to him I had to come home for work, this was my first chance to check the car over. He said he could do nothing because it was 3 hours ago. I asked are you kidding me, you offer no customer service. He explained yes we do. If this is what you call customer service...not interested. Wont be buying gas their either.

My wife grabbed the wrong credit card and it got declined, she went back to her car and grabbed the correct one. When it worked the guy at the register yelled at her about trying to use a card that didn't have money on it. He said she knew it didn't have money and she was trying to get free gas. I can't imagine any scenario when yelling at a customer is alright. It was a simple mistake and got fixed immediately. They guy never apologised, just yelled at her until she left.

At present, only Gas Station in the area for several miles. The competition, the Gas Station across the street is closed right now, while the owner does some much needed upkeep and remodeling. This work is required by federal (EPA, etc), and state, and local codes, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. From our brief and unpleasant experience to top off on the way back to Frederick, next time through this area, we will avoid stopping at Falcon Fuel to be sure. The regulars have no knowledge of civility. Apparently, the locals and regulars do not know what a line queue is these days. The owners and management surely know that Falcon is the only game in town. Until the competition, just across the street comes back into service. Falcon has a great opportunity to snatch a nice piece of the local gasoline market. Get out there and install some temporary barriers (along with signage) to force customers into gas pump queues, like those at McD's. Either this way, or continue to lose business; and my Cash goes down the highway.

Mediocre place if you're looking to quickly fill your tank and go. If you're planning on going inside to make a purchase, don't plan on asking questions of any kind. Most businesses that are foreign owned will employ people who can at least speak and understand basic English. I bought a soda and bag of chips and paid with a $20. I asked the clerk to put the change from my purchase on pump 5. It took me literally 5 minutes to explain to the clerk what I wanted. A second clerk intervened which was not a good idea. His English was worst than the first clerks. My advice to the owner... either hire English speaking clerks or learn English yourself if the clerk's are the owners.

If you ever need a Uhaul, don't ever try to use Falcon Fuel 2 in New Market, MD. We reserved it, and set it up to be done through the app before business hours so we could be on the road today, but got an error on the app. Called the number listed as a 24/7 help line for that location on the Uhaul app, and left a voicemail. The convenience clerk said he could help us, so we give him the information he needed and he kept typing stuff in repeatedly in the system. He told us the phone numbers we gave him didn't work in the system, and that it was giving an error. At this point we had 4 other customers standing behind us just trying to get their gas and convenience items, so I asked the clerk to stop trying to process ours so we could get those folks on the road. He told me "ma'am, make this easy" and I explained I WAS trying to make it "easy" since he was only getting errors for ours, he could help those other customers while we figure it out. I also offered to go to another Uhaul location. He then repeatedly asked us for another phone number, and said neither of our phone numbers were working in the system. Well, we don't have another phone number, and so I explained that. He said he just needed another number. I explained again, that we don't have another phone number. This went back and forth repeatedly so I finally just told him to give us the ID and bank card back and we'd go elsewhere. He tried arguing that I wasn't cooperating. I explained I WAS cooperating, that we simply didn't have another phone number to give him, and I wasn't trying to hold the customers up behind us any longer. He still tried to argue, and I demanded the ID and bank card back. As I left he kept shouting that we wouldn't make it easy and weren't cooperating. I simply yelled "OK Have a nice day!!!" As I left. Horrible customer service and I will never go back there for anything.
