Guess this is a set it and forget it business. This is the third time I have been to this wash and there are NO clean towels to dry the car. Either live with wet spots, touch wet towels that have dried other people’s cars, or bring your own cause your out of luck, kids. No staff on site (for the third) time to assist with issues. I have emailed them in the past and no response. Shameful way to run a business. In response to the response: I mentioned that there were no towels on 3 separate occasions. This is not a result of a holiday. If it happened just on memorial day, I would have cut slack and said it is a holiday. This is a pattern.

While I was cleaning, vacuuming and drying out my dog hammock, a maintenance worker began mowing the lawn nearby. Without any greeting or explanation, he walked up and started touching my personal items to empty the trash, then told me to close my car door to mow the other side. He also said I should’ve parked at a different vacuum station despite the fact that both spots were full when I arrived, and I was there before he began mowing. There were no signs or notices indicating that maintenance would be taking place in that area. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience for simply using the space as intended. A courteous heads-up or clearly posted maintenance sign would’ve made a big difference in how that interaction went. The lack of courtesy and communication from your staff is unacceptable. To add to my frustration, the car wash itself was expensive and didn’t leave my car noticeably clean or shiny. For the price, I expected better results.

I was checking out some of the other reviews people have left and to be honest, they are awfully harsh. I moved to Wakefield a little over a year ago and I have only used this wash. I am very picky about where I take my car and have experience in car washes from my previous job. Touchless can be pretty bad in some places at removing heavy salt or dirt, but the touchless wash at Cape Ann is always top notch. I love that they leave complimentary towels out (most days - if it's windy or rainy, they do not, but I don't understand why anyone washes their car here when it's rainy, but they do!). The wash has occasionally malfunctioned, but it's never impacted the quality of my wash and it's never been bad enough for me to reach out to the ownership. If the other reviewers had concerns, the email address and phone numbers are up everywhere, and there is an attendant there most days during regular hours. My only recommendation for improvement is I would love to see an unlimited wash plan offered for a monthly fee -- that's something I am accustomed to from where I moved from. I also would love to see tire shine available in the wash bays. It's the only service not offered, but most car washes have that nowadays. And for those of you complaining about costs, I would just like you to take a look at your water, electric, and other bills -- if yours have gone up (and they have), you can expect that theirs have gone up too. Great wash. Keep up the good work and think about an unlimited wash plan (you'll make more money), and adding tire shine to the bays! Thank you!

I am a long time customer here for car washes and also detailing. They upped their car wash prices and are now charging 2.00 for undercarriage rinse which used to be and should included for a 16.00 wash which is half a**ed at best. This place has been my go to for close to 15 years. Such a shame. Maybe update your website to show accurate information rather than mislead your customers. “Undercarriage Rinse” is not included. 1000 views and counting! Update the misleading information on your website.

My Corolla is low to the ground and the touch free wash doesn't get the front end and lower sides clean. Too bad, because I like it otherwise. Price is ok and they put out towels for you to use.
