Very trustable and reliable guy and service. Just changed brake pads and oil there. Got to know Zack thanks to recommendation from Jimmy, a mechanic I used to go and trust. It is hard to find someone you trust for car maintenance. Would highly recommend Zack to friends based on my experience two days ago.

I know the owner Zack for a while. He’s a really trustworthy guy. I’m glad to hear he opened his own store. I just did my car service at his place for the first time and I do recommend it to others. The charge was reasonable and he took good care of your vehicle. I can pick up my vehicle on the same day, which is something I never imagined at dealership place. Highly recommended!

Z&D Auto is unfailingly reliable, prompt and fair. From checking out potential cars to nursing beater cars, Zach has serviced is the best because he takes care of his customer. He doesn’t do any work that isn’t necessary. I trust that they won’t try and sell me something I don’t need.

I strong disagree with the comments commending the owner. If your car has small problem such as checking brake, it might be ok. But if you have a bit complicated problem involving electronic system, the owner can do nothing about it and might mess up your car. This is true especially if you have an advanced German car. Don’t let him mess up with your car!!! The owner does not understand what he is doing. The error only happens after he “checked” my car. It turns out that it now needs to be programmed by my new mechanic. Thanks for not “charging” me this. He even said in person “now you have to fix it in other places”. Now everyone should know How “responsible” and “skillful” this owner is. New update: my brake wear sound was on, it turns out that the brake wear sensor is NOT correctly installed and causes this replacement. Everything I said here is true as I had all of the receipt and diagnosis from the mechanic who fixed the error.

Zach rebuilt the front suspension on my Nissan Rogue quickly and efficiently. I’m extremely happy with the results and impressed by the quality of his work. He provides excellent customer service and does it all at a very competitive price. Highly recommended!

I took my car for an oil leak check this morning. I got there at 8:20am, 10 minutes before the door opened. The owner who was assisting me was opened on time at 8:30am. He immediately started working on my car and showed me what was happening. I asked him if he could fix it. He said yes, and it would only cost me $20. I was so impressed with his service and honesty. I left the shop before 9am. I highly recommend and will return here to get my oil change.

Zach helped resolve issues on two of my cars today. One had an A/C problem on the driver's side that only blew hot air even when we set it at a very low temperature. He quickly identified it as a broken air blend actuator, ordered the part, and replaced it. My second car had hesitated ignition, and the other mechanic replaced the battery and alternator but did not solve the problem. Zach found out it was a bad starter and fixed it right away. He only uses quality parts and is very skilled and honest, and the charges are very reasonable. We highly recommend him if you need a dependable mechanic to repair your cars.
