I took my Truck there to get a oil change and Cody in the service department was very professional he was able to answer my questions quote the price correctly and the oil change did not take long at all . I will definitely continue to get my truck serviced at Yark Ford in Toledo. Very pleased with the service I got.

I get to write this again. That's awesome. Ford sucks. I don't like Ford. Recall after recall, and there's never a part available. I can't stand dealership service stations in general. They are overpriced, and they can't be bothered to give me a full diagnostic report. Go to AAA. Ford doesn't know your vehicle better than AAA. That's just a lie. The following bull response is a lie, too. Don't buy a Ford they are a garbage company, & I wouldn't buy another Ford if they paid me! Four Old Rusted Doors! Never again! They are never honest about how much it will cost either. There's always a hidden fee and taxes. Just tell me how much it will actually be & stop making me ask!

Would not recommend Yark Ford services to anyone. We bought our car from Ford a few years back and try to use there service department when we can, however multiple times we have been there the customer service has been awful. We dropped our car off on Tuesday to have a leak looked at and they couldn’t tell us how long they thought it would take-which is fine. However, I texted the service app and my husband called and left a message to get a timeline after the car had already been there for 5 hours. No call or text back that day. We just needed an update so we could schedule our jobs since we only had one car to use at this point. They finally texted back the NEXT day! Overall, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They do an excellent job In getting the service scheduled and completed. All the work was satisfactory and the service guys are great to work with. I do have one issue and will be contacting them soon.
