A few things I took my car there for a full tune up, they kept my car for three days finding multiple issue after issue. I just wanted it to be resolved, I was charged for a full tune up. The next car I’m ready to pick up my car they told me they needed to replace the engine gasket, it would cost $478 more. They said my car would be ready in an hour, 7 hours later I go to pick up the car, they told me they needed to replace my In fuel oil ring, I was upset and I explained to them that I couldn’t go three days without my vehicle with the car seat still inside of the car, I will never forget this. The shop owner said “we could put your car back together and it will be drivable but next week when it breaks down we’re just not gonna care or you could just work with us and it’s gonna take a minute….” And then hit me with another surprise amount of $78. When I picked up my car it had a broken Windshield and I’ve never ever had a broken windshield before they simply said “we’re not responsible for this here’s $50 off your next oil change” now my gasoline is leaking like crazy and the entire car is smelly. This place saw a single mother, with a perfectly working car that just needed a to change and butchered it to extort more money out of her. I took my car to the ford dealership the very next day and they didn’t do any of the work they promised.

I bought 4 new tires from them.. 2 have gone bad within 6 months. They said all I needed was a plug for my tire, but then I noticed all the bumps and knots on the side wall. They were about to let me drive off like that!? Thank God I checked before leaving. I brought this to the managers attention and was told that he wouldn't honor the warranty because he thinks someone "slashed" my tire. There's no proof of anyone slashing my tire.. but there is proof of bumps and knots on the tire, which is under the warranty. After paying over $500 for new tires, all I ask is for honest business. I could have driven off the lot and lost my life. All bcs he didn't want to honor the warranty and give me 1 new tire. At least offer some accommodation. I'm not sure what the managers name was today, but he's not qualified for customer service or sales. He's about 5'7", good-sized belly and a bald spot.

In and out quick quality service!!! All the guys are super nice and helpful. They made me aware of problems I may have in the future and told me what to do to resolve my problem to keep my car running smooth!!!

Please avoid this place I been getting an oil change from them for 5 years. In need of my last three oil change receipts to get my engine replaced I went in person twice and called in the meantime probably 20 times. I was told I will get a call back from them with the info requested never got a call back the employees are rude asf and nor did the guy actually look for the info requested it got to the point where I called in so many times that he just said oh I had the guy look and didn’t find them. Two weeks with going into the store and calling in.How as an establishment you guys don’t have a way to retrieve data such as simple as a receipt. I would rate them a negative 20 if I could. I been a loyal customer to them for 5years never got any other service beside an oil change and I can’t even get a receipt for Dec March and July from them. I guess this is how they treat their loyal customers. Please save your time and money take your business elsewhere. These people are not professional they do not report to carfax to even see the maintenance I been getting from them.

I took my truck to get a engine swap they did not wire my new engine all they did was took the old one out mounted the new one put manifolds and a intake and charged me $3500 it was a rip off
