The assistant manager Onni and the other worker Jose refused to assist with the bulb replacement even though your policy states: If your vehicle needs a headlight or other bulb replaced, visit any O’Reilly Auto Parts location or shop online to find the best headlight bulbs for your vehicle, as well as tail light bulbs, turn signal bulbs, brake light bulbs, and much more. We also offer FREE bulb installation*. The exception is hard to reach areas but ours was not was not. They wouldn't even come look . Will we return no . They were unhelpful, unprofessional and unhelpful. They said no before even looking. They said we do not do anything on aftermarket but our original parts were the bulbs that came from the dealership because we bought it brand new. I have never experienced this type of service from any O'Reillys and I thought they would be able to assist us.

The workers here are super nice ! Specially Rudy ( I think that’s his name ) I was having an awful day and he definitely made it better, I currently have a broken leg & he tried his best to accommodate me while he was changing my battery . Helped me to find everything I needed and he was super fast & did a really good job !
