I Tried To purchase 4 wheels from this company , I was working with a young lady ( Jena ) for the past 3 days and she was quoting me prices for the past few days i want to say she was amazing and really tried hard make sure they fit my truck and answer all questions then i called back and wanted to purchase 4 wheels and asked to speak to her , and i was told she was in the back and should have never been quoting me prices or helping me, i asked to speak to the owner or manager and man i was talking to to said he is the Manager , we was so unprofessional and told me all the Prices the lady gave me were all wrong and he would not Honor her prices , i told him to let me speak to her and he told m NO! In my opinion he degraded her and had no respect for effort in helping the customer , I asked him over and so will sacrifice in loosing a customer and not making a Sell , he told me he does not Care , I told him i would never buy from this company and share my experience with every one . I feel sorry for the women that tried helping so hard . Be very careful think as long as they have that attitude for the customers stay away from this company .

Ordered a part with the wrong address through eBay. I thought it was an easy fix...so I contacted the company. The sales rep...was rude. He stated that I would have to cancel the order cause he could not change the address. The name he gave was Ryan. Anyway, I was able to cancel the order through ebay and reorder the part. Just the fact of stating that I was " crazy" because I ordered it under a previous address was not kind and does not reflect good customer service etiquette.

Staff & Management, Just want to thank and congratulate ‘ Wunder Car Parts’ for their assistance in an after-sale problem I recently had. The staff quickly responded and initiated a replacement product for the defective one. Big Thank You to all involved. Terrrible customer service! Ordered tongue jack and it collapsed as soon as it was installed. I returned the original tongue jack, but with the mounting bracket off my old tongue jack due to bolt pattern on trailer. These people refused to issue full refund ($300) stating I returned my old jack which was a complete lie! I returned the original jack and returned the original mounting plate separately. Now this company won't respond and has yet to issue refund. Be careful purchasing anything from this company. Check Amazon reviews as well. 13% of their reviews are 1 Star...terrible!!!

Crappy business model. Shipping is a joke. Be aware they require signatures on shipping items. Don't expect to get your order items with wunder car parts. They use 50 other fulfillment companies around the US. There website says nothing about requiring signatures to receive product. Save yourself a headache and order with a company that can deliver. They take zero responsibility and offered nothing but a refund. Brad at wunder car parts is a final artist I have his voicemail threatening me that he will file a police report stating I never paid for his product. He is really incompetent and this business is very shady read other reviews. Check before calling your customers Brad I have proof of payment. It is really disappointing and a bad business. Don't act like you haven't been warned using this company. They are very scammy.

I ordered a part sat night on ebay. They sent me an email to confirm part#. 5:30 am. I was wrong so I canceled order at that time. 8 Hours later. On a Sunday. They still shipped it and kept my cash. Now I have to pay return fees and find right part anyways..... I will get my cash back! Thanks for the hassle and the head aches. NEVER AGAIN wunderdorks....NEVER AGAIN!
