Batteries Plus

Great experience. I was lucky- They rescued my dead iPhone and it was free! I also learned that my iPhone was So Old I’d be better off replacing it rather than replacing it’s battery. Before this, I had no idea Batteries Plus did basic smart phone repairs and key fobs and light bulbs. I’ll be returning.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear explanations throughout the process. After the test, he informed me that my batteries were in good condition and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty, as it demonstrated their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My iPhone charging port stopped working. It turns out that it was jammed up with dirt. In about 5 minutes they cleaned it out for FREE and it now works perfectly!! Thanks!!

I bought a key fob replacement from an outside company and was given a lot of places where it could be programmed. No one would program my remote unless I bought one from them. I was referred to Batteries Plus (who was not on the list) and was told they could program the remote. The guy who programmed the remote (sorry, I can't remember his name) was helpful and professional and informed me about the process. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job. He phoned when he was finished. The cost, with tax, came to $90 which I gladly paid to have a fully functional remote.

Bad customer service one of the workers can’t do my phone battery because I have a phone case. He want me to take the phone case for him to do the battery?

The staff member at the BatteriesPlus store in Plymouth, MI today (2/24/25 at around 1:20pm) was an excellent representative of a quality run store. He was friendly and very helpful. He is the reason I go back to BatteriedPlus stores. I have always found their staff to be helpful and friendly. I hope they stay in business a long, long time.
