A place like Wright's garage is not one you find often. We were on our wayto Columbus, OH, to move our son. Halfway on our trip, we had a problem with our truck's wheel bearing. We were in the middle of nowhere and it was a Friday afternoon. We called Wright's, had it towed there, and explained our situation. They fit us in, fixed it within an hour, and had us on our way. They truly went above and beyond! This is something you don't often find anymore.

My Kia broke down last Thursday due to engine problems. I had my car towed here because of all the positive reviews. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I was quoted a MINIMUM of $8500 which seemed fair in my head. I have two different warranties on my vehicle. The shop told my father neither were going to cover it. I am a college student and athlete who is 22 hours away from home. My only option I thought I had was to take out a loan for the repairs. Before I made that decision, I called my warranty company. They informed me that my claim was never denied. They told me that they let the shop know repairs would be fully covered under my lifetime warranty at Kia. If I had not called to handle things on my own, I would be probably $10,000 more in debt. The employees are very kind on the phone, but are extremely shady people. Mike is a scam artist.

Had my car towed there after a break down and they hopped on it right away. Very knowledgeable people. They diagnosed the problem and called and explained the problem and gave me an estimate to cost of repair. They repaired it and I went to pick it up and guess what, the estimate was the exact price I paid! No added charges. Great friendly people both office and mechanic. Hard to find today!

There isn't a better, more reliable Mechanic in Erie County. Always up front about costs or issues, realistic prices. Won't take my vehicles to anyone else!
