I had a flat tire the day before leaving on a trip. They kindly got me in on that Friday afternoon and then they drove to the warehouse before closing to personally pick up my replacement tire. I had my car back that within hours! Always happy with their service but this was above and beyond.

My son had his truck towed to new life auto in girard pa. This was our first time ever going to this garage. April was super friendly throughout our multiple phone calls and Brian (the owner) went above and beyond ! Not only did he have the technician spend hrs trying to track down the issue in my sons truck, (which unfortunately they couldn’t repair there) however they did figure out what the issue was . he didnt charge him for the hours of tracking the problem down. We then took it to the dealership, which said they couldnt fix the problem. Brian continued to stay in touch and kept trying to help us get the truck somewhere to resolve the issue. He genuinely cared that the issue was resolved.
