I was referred to Wright's by a friend since I haven't lived in this area long. They took my truck in and replaced the alternator the same day. The price quote was in range of the final price. The issue was fixed properly and the office person was extremely polite. Not sure what the other guy was upset about but my experience was great and I found my repair shop for all future work.

I went at 5pm one day, and they were closing up. They still looked at my car. The man drove to the auto store, purchased my sensor, and replaced it all within 30 minutes. He was super helpful and even let me watch him replace it and explained to me what it was and what happened. I haven't had a single problem with it since and he only charged $50 and they sent me a thank you for your business card. HIGHLY recommend.

There have been many many times that I have had to stop by right around closing time and the owner would stay late and diagnose the problem(s) my vehicle was having and fix it if it was possible. If it could not be fixed on the spot, he let me know how soon he could get to it and always followed through on his commitment. They have also been very helpful in giving free automotive advice and guidance to allow me to fix small issues with my vehicle(s) by myself without any charge being rendered. The quality of the work has never disappointed me, and whenever an issue arose due to a bad part, they honored their warranty and resolved the issue at no cost to me. This business operates on the basic golden premise that you treat customers as you would like them to treat you.
