Where do I begin?! I bought a truck (6500) from them two years ago. Since then I’ve had a replacement motor, oil compressor, the 4 wheel drive has been worked on 4 times, it shuts off randomly, the traction control light comes on frequently, slowing the truck to about 20. It’s been to this service center 4 or 5 times now. Each time, it’s had to go back immediately. The changed the oil compressor and said the motor was great, it made it about a mile before completely blowing up. They have your vehicle forever and it doesn’t get done right the first time. This time, they tell me a month before they can even look at it! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!

Do not go here, this is literally the worst service center in the state. It is places like this that give service centers at dealerships a bad name. Not only are we in the "System" because we have had work do e there on multiple occasions, we just got the runaround from a service center employee about a recall. So we just had to pay someone else to do the work and submit the paperwork to Chevrolet. I can see all the employees take after you.
