"I dropped off my transmission with a promise it would be returned in 3 weeks. Called every week after the 3 weeks and was given the run around about needing a special tool. Then after 2 months i was called and told to come pick up the transmission cause they couldnt get it apart. When i picked it up the trans is now in worse shape then when it was dropped off. Called them on it and they say it was part of the process of taking it apart and refused to now fix what they further broke.
