We had a very difficult problem to identify and repair. Turned out to be a short to ground in wiring behind the refrigerator. We were amazed at the tenacity of Sarah and her helper, and their ability to weed through all the very odd voltage and resistive readings coming from the solar panel wiring. Can't say enough about how friendly they all were, including Julie at the home office. They obviously know how to diagnose the hard problems. I felt like I was watching an episode of CSI RV when they figured out what was wrong with my charging system. With wires hidden and multiple black boxes involved, it was no easy task to pinpoint the fault. I would highly recommend RV Doctor to anyone with an RV issue. Bob

Well worth the money for the service and detail provided by Dave and his team! Pictures provided in the add for a unit 5 hours away were not even close to the pictures provided with the inspection. This saved my Wife and I a 5 hour drive. There is a LOT to look at on campers these days and having a professional is the only way to catch all of the little odds and ends.

RV Doctor are good and honest folks. I am a RV tech myself in Greeneville, and I know for a fact that several “technicians” around here brag about ripping people off. I was disappointed with many techs I met at a RV tech conference. But RV Doctor is not like them. I have recommended them to my contacts and campgrounds I work at as I am about to leave this area and I know they will be in good hands. Sarah, Julie and Dave are great and reliable.
