Dwayne was great to work with. He did an amazing job getting my work order in on my car when it was the last day of my warranty. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. Even got someone to come pick me up to get to the dealership. Only wish they would have vacuumed my car out when they were vacuuming everyone else’s car.

Update to below review: there certainly were some issues with the service and not completely to the fault of Woodhouse Lincoln, after returning the car for a 3rd time, the new noise was due to a bad part (strut) that was installed and only discovered by driving. Woodhouse service accepted that it was under their responsibility and fixed the issue at no cost to me. I'm thankful for the correction and moved from 2 stars to 3, there was way too much stress (and money) involved with the whole issue, but they did make it right. First review: My service guy kept good communication but that was the best of the ordeal... took it in because of a "squeal when turning the wheel, they said struts, next day call said they ordered the wrong struts (RIGHT ONES WERE AN EXTRA $400) picked up third day ands still making noise enroute home, dropped it off yep days later because of scheduling, they said ball joint, next day they call, received the WRONG SIDE, picked up car following day. Squeal is gone but now there's a new rattle noise and I'm afraid to go back there 😡

I really like Justin in the service Department. I do not blame him for my situation. I’ve had my Lincoln Aviator in for a rear tail gate issue 3 times. I’m assured each time it’s working… It’s not!!! I really believe they thought the new parts installed took care of the problem.. It didn’t. I’ve been a Ford / Lincoln buyer for over 60 years but maybe it’s time to look at brand X

I've taken my care to a couple of different places to have a vibration looked at. Each time they would balance the wheels but it never fixed the problem. I scheduled with Woodhouse Lincoln. When I came to pick my car up, Gavin nicely explained what they did to correct the problem.

The oil change and tire rotation were completed in a satisfactory manner. I asked that the car be washed biut they forgot. Service was key in this case and it was done satisfactorily.
