Woke up on a Sunday afternoon and the truck wouldn't crank, i was jumped off and in the shop in about 30 minutes, issue resolved and back out in a little over an hour, everybody in the service dept was cordial and quite competent, if i must break down, I hope it's always in their parking lot, love their restaurant too, good food, quick service

Their shop is a joke. They do horrible work and they don't stand behind it. I took my truck in for a 3 axle alignment because my drives were wearing weird. Long story short they aligned my truck with the back drive axle's wheel bearing very loose totally threw off the alignment and in 4000 miles ended up ruining my new steer tires. Went back in for them to look it over and fix all the rest of the stuff that came loose from their previous work and got charged $225 for "warranty work" on the stuff they didn't do right the first time. And still my steer tires that were ruined because of their shotty work were never addressed I just got the run around. Called back the next day to talk to another manager about the problems I had, he agreed with me that I shouldn't have been charged the $225 for the work and said he would get back to me later that day. That was last week. For all you drivers out there that need some work done on your truck, please do yourselves a favor and take it to a shop that employs competent mechanics. Don't listen to their bullshit that their mechanic is the number 2 alignment guy in the state. There is no ratings on that crap, the person who probably gave him that title was probably his mom.

Seriously INCREDIBLE service! We were stranded with a blown tire on our RV and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of on a Sunday. Brian and Amanda helped coordinate all of the logistics with us and were SO helpful. Doug at the Council Bluffs location also did a great job getting us back on the road. We really appreciated the excellent service! HIGHLY recommend

I have always liked Sapp Bros and they were one of my favorite stops. Today it all changed. The shop over here will rip you off! They barely get any customers and when they do they take advantage! I've had enough of their "service". I am the guy that came in to get the steers balanced and switched with sides.
