Vehicle has been there almost 6 weeks. I don’t know what’s worst communication with Scott service advisor or is it just Woodhouse? Jeff with Baxter on 180/dodge will treat you so much better

I recently had taken my Ford E350 box truck in for a tune up because of a rough running motor, they charged me $1500.00 , Bad thing was it wasnt a tune up I needed but an intake gasket which was leaking coolant into my motor, a complete misdiagnosis which resulted in my engine blowing up, they also used zip ties to secure 2 pigtails which were broken & PCs of fuel line to help hold them in place. I talked to the regional service manager & was assured he'd get to the bottom of it, He blew me off & I never heard back.. These guys are a complete Rip-off, Shoddy work, Dis- honest, whatever you do, DO Not Take Your Vehicle to these CON ARTISTS, I couldn't feel more OFFENDED or DISGUSTED by the way I was Treated, Zero Trust, Zero Accountability. They're only skill is STEALING Your Money. P.S.. had a call back from the regional manager, he talked fast like a polished used car salesman, tried telling me I was wrong, no accountability, no remedy, just smoke & Mirrors, Shameful...Con Artists...

Not a good experience. When I called I was transferred to voice mail and left a detailed message that I thought the problem was related to the recent recall that was done, which turned out to be true. I received a voicemail back suggesting it was a wheel balancing issue (which it wasn't) which could be done for $48.95. I was also told my concern about the recent recall that was done there had nothing to do with the problem. However, it did. It was a serious shimmying issue on my Jeep in which I also lost power briefly while steering along a highway curve with cement guards on the edge of the lane I was traveling at 60 mph. Scary! I was told I could make an appointment and they'd check it out and if the tires were balanced. I was concerned about driving my vehicle along any highway or interstate after that. I went to Baxter Service Department in LaVista and received excellent and immediate service. The recall done by Woodhouse was re-done by Baxter. I've recently referred a family member and a friend to Woodhouse and convinced them both to buy new Jeeps there. I will not suggest they go to Woodhouse for service on them.

I love my Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid car so much, I bought the lease! Woodhouse staff is best in Omaha & surrounding areas. Very courteous & polite, plus they know their stuff. Service is easy to schedule. Zach Powell in finance is super!!
