10/10 service from the beginning to the end! I recently had the pleasure of working with Woods Collision Center, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding experience I had! From the moment I walked in, Angie in the front office made a great first impression—she’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and made the whole process seamless. Her friendly demeanor and clear communication immediately put me at ease! Throughout the entire process, Nick, the office manager, was thorough, professional, and on top of every detail. It’s rare to find a team so committed to both quality and customer care! The work on my vehicle was excellent, and the customer service was even better. Warning, warning, warning, worst Body Shop experience of my life. i’ve dealt with a few body shops in my time I’m 55 years old had a few fender benders so I take my 2019 Ford F150 for side damage. A lady ran a stop sign and hit my wife in the side. I get the truck back body lines don’t line up they didn’t blend the paint into the hood or the roof when they painted the side of the truck orange peel unbelievable. Take it back to the shop. Your shop has to do something about it. They said they would buff it out. Well, they buffed it out all right burnt through the clear and three different places left swirl marks all through the truck and then tell me that I must’ve took it through a automatic car wash is why there swirls this place is a joke stay away from them. They do bad work and then they have no customer support at all.the manager called me a lier and swore I took my truck thru a car wash which would not put buffer marks in the paint The father company is collision right out of Columbus. I contacted them three times with no return call for a week. Stay clear of this entire company. Save your money and go with somebody reputable. Do your do your homework I did not do my homework on this Body Shop if I would’ve, I would’ve seen that they are 1star on google and yelp My problems are your game thank you America

I got 4 quotes for my repair, and Wood’s quote was $1200 higher than the next most expensive and about $1500 higher than the rest. I don’t know why they think their work is worth so much more than literally everyone else in the area but I won’t support a business that price gouges.
