Ok listen & I apologize for this i shouldn’t have been tricked by the owner into taking my review done. I want to warn as many people as possible because what Neil and his employees does at this shop isn’t right! My husband bought me a car so that I would not have any problem getting Our children or myself around due to my health problems now my husband brought in the SUV to have a new engine replace now I guess the car sat in the shop Without communication from the owner of the shop and when I finally found what shop the SUV was in IMA they contacted the owner which is Neil and I asked him what I need to do to get the SUV out the shop he told me that I need an engine and he told me that the price race from originally $900 to $1350..why? Idk because he said that he was not going to include the storage fees due to me not knowing that is where the SUV was. Now I have been trying to contact, my family has been trying to contact, my husband have tried to contact and friends have tried to contact Neil and calls are unanswered I have no idea where my suv is at. After I posted my last review Neil called me and told me if I took my review down he will buy me a starter do to me needing a starter and that my SUV will be ready to be picked up on the 20th of this month after almost 9 months of Neil. Now I have been calling every day and not once have my calls been answered and it is the 25th I do not have my suv. I would strongly not recommend this shop to anyone to bring their car to. The fact I have to make this a legal issue I would advise this route with Neil & Wiseman Auto. I want my car and it to be done and I would have no more dealings with him. Also Neil has to threaten about me taken my suv and motor somewhere else to be worked on when he has supposed to been working on it and it was supposed to be finished. The last time I’ve seen my suv was 4/22/22 which I have pics of and pretty ridiculous!

Neil is a top notch mechanic. He has experience that goes well with his passion to fix cars. Highly recommend Wiseman Auto for any car troubles you gave.
