I paid 482 dollars for a radiator in oct 2021 they send a wrong item they want the radiator back to send me the correct paid $100 to send and never recibe the correct and no money they get money and the radiator

Talked to Sam who was very helpful in processing the order for the part i needed. The transaction from my bank account was processed quickly. Sam stated he would send an email with Tracking number once the part had shipped estimating the early part of the following week for shipment of item. Two weeks went by and only being 3 hours from the location of salvage yard i began to look for the email with tracking number but none sent. I called and spoke to a different gentlemen who asked what part I was inquiring about and said he has a work order to pull this part later this date but wouldn't ship until next business day and to look for tracking number at that time. Another week went by and no tracking number and no part. Made another call speaking to a very kind gal who said that my part actually shipped out earlier this date and to expect tracking number the next day as Sam is the one who shipped the part but was currently busy under a car. Has now been over a month and no part in sight. Their phone number has been busy each time i try to call for an update. Feeling scammed hard!

I wish there was an option for no stars because that’s what they would be getting! I ordered a steering wheel and steering column back in January still have not received my part or money back. They owe me almost $800 ! They always come up with some excuse. Do not order from this place!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!

I bought a wheel. They informed me that it would not ship right away. I was ok with that. However, they weeks later they informed me that it would ship December 21st or 12nd. It's now the 29th and I have not heard anything from them since the 21st. Not happy at all.

Great place to go! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me to get the right part for my car at a very reasonable price.
