I now have my car at Winners Circle Collision to repair and repaint portions of my Toyota. I am watching the process as they allow me to come down and snap some before photos. I’ve included them below. The skillsets oh painters is phenomenal. And of course the Customer Service is the best. I took a trip to Winners Circle Collision. Lucia receptionist and manager Arnold were the greatest and I was given a wonderful tour of the shop since I was familiar with body and paint work. I really enjoyed their hospitality and willingness to gain my trust and support to bring my car into them. I saw some excellent work so will be making an appointment soon. April 13 made my appointment. Looking forward. Thanks again Arnold & Lucia for the written estimate and for your kindness. I added a few photos.

Truck was keep for 2 weeks getting bumper fix as you can tell bumper is not straight. They charge insurance companies and still wanted 300 dollars out of pocket. Will not recommend to anyone

Arnuld helped me and my daughter in getting her car fixed, he was very helpful, explained step by step in what needed to get done and told us about prior damages that needed fixing that was dangerous for my daughter to drive this car out like that. I so will recommend this body shop to all friend and family.

On Dec 30, 2024 I came in because they were an in network facility under Carvana's warranty. I got approved for work to be done from the warranty company and contacted Winners Circle about ordering the part. I was first told that it would come in two to three days and to call back if I don't hear back. When I called three days later, I was told the part would come in on the 14th. Called back on the 15th and 16th and still would not be told an update for the part coming in. I was told multiple times that someone would call me back about an update. No one ever did. I didn't hear back from them until Jan 28, 2025 after emailing them again about an update. I have my whole call history with them and not once did they ever leave a voicemail, despite what their receptionist said or email me until I informed them that I had contacted the warranty company. The response I received from them had no hint of apology of miscommunication just that the part was in and that I could call to schedule. The repair is for a single chrome piece to be swapped out. It's an easy job but they're getting paid a hefty amount from the warranty company. I suggested that the warranty company and Carvana remove them from their in network list since they're not that much cheaper than the actual dealership. I finally go in tomorrow to get it fixed but if I could go with a different shop I would. I genuinely don't expect much from this business at this point. They've basically gotten paid before the work was even done so I know they don't actually care about my business. If they mess up my car tomorrow, I will definitely be updating and requesting a different shop from the warranty company. These guys are unprofessional, difficult to work and communicate with and I would not recommend them to anyone. Just super shady business practices.

I live and work on the East so I wanted a shop close. These kinds of shops seem to fill up fast so finding one in the area can be few and far between. I was looking over reviews for this place and another in the area. This place had no reviews which I thought was odd. Maybe new owners, new business name, idk. Other shop has some negative reviews. So I chose this shop...what did I have to lose? The whole process was pretty cut and dry in a good way. Had the car towed there, girls in the office were very nice. Kyle was my point of contact. Very professional, pleasant and reachable every time I called. They had my car for almost a month which I think is kind of normal for a car accident repair. They ended up keeping my car one day over due to a check engine light but was gracious enough to pay for my rental for that day. They didn't have to, but they did. Overall, pleasant experience and if I have to (I don't choose to get into accidents), I will definitely use them in the future.
