They are very knowledgeable of European cars and have some pretty reasonable quotes for service I definitely will be back to service my car with their recommendations!! They are Veteran friendly!!

Excellent service! Highly recommended! Very honest and trustworthy! Brought my vehicle due to another auto shop not doing a good job so Nevada Auto Center finished the job. Now my vehicle runs like new! Employees Eileen and Daniel provided the best customer service out of all the auto shops I've been to in Las Vegas.

The measure of good service is not necessarily when things go alllllll right, but also when there are delays or complications, how do they deal with them? Are they efficient communicators, do they take accountability? Are they willing to fix what is broken. Are they flexible? I started off at the Clark location after going there originally for a coolant leak. After they ran diagnostics they came up with$3000 worth of damage. Everyones nightmare when moneys tight. Brian at NV auto on Clark mansplained all the error codes and pointed out all these leaks that I was having at the time, misunderstanding this to be the problem we came in for since we DID explain the coolant issue, I thought he was saying the leaks had something to do with it. Nope one week later and$3000 later, on a loan I might add, I had to come up with$366 dollars to fix what I originally came in for. I of course was livid but went ahead and paid. I did express to Brian my concerns and that if I had known the actual fix was 366.00 I would not have gotten the other stuff just yet, nonetheless I paid it and went on my way. Since then I have been getting a big red glaring error message on my Mercedes but it's never on when I take it back to them. I take a picture every time. The error message has to do with the oil being to excessive. I have been to the shop at least 4 times after the initial fix! That's 6 times. 2 to 4 hours each time. I'm a strong woman with a presence I been told. Recently by a Nevada auto employee Daniel at the Fremont location. He said I was talking down to him because I asked questions, he literally said because I keep having the front desk girl ask questions (how long it'll be, what will you be doing this time that you didn't do last time?) things like that. Mind you I asked before and the answer was"we are doing a couple of things" um can I know what things? Now he's accusing me of basically being an angry black woman because I want to know what is going on. He literally said I pointed at him in a negative way, you know the way black people sometimes do when they want to get a point across. I'm familiar with that behavior and I'm far from it. I had to remind him that this is business and while this is an unpleasant conversation we are having you do not get to misinterprete my intentions. My intentions are to ask questions until I feel satisfied that I'm dealing with a level of competence that is capable of admitting mistakes, dealing with customers compassionately and not talking to me like I don't deserve to know every detail of what's going on with my vehicle. Daniel even went as fae as to say"we are doing you a favor". Because the other shop on Clark asked the shop on Fremont to service my vehicle. (Huh?) I'm sure they will respond to this review and I have said all I need to say. I will update if I need to. The car is being looked at as we speak. You decide if you trust this kind of service. I'm definitely done with NV auto after this experience. I just hope my car is fine and they don't do anything careless. **I'm updating this bc Daniel did come back and offer to replace a part if we get the light again. And he had a more professional and pleasant demeanor at this time. I still think the shop on Clark could have done more and I will be posting this review on that shops review link as well. I hope this is helpful to you who reads this. I will change from one star to two because I should never have been accused of being any type of way, because I was only professional and about business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Nevada Auto Center! They went above and beyond in repairing my Toyota Sienna, fixing the struts, brakes, rotors, and tie rods with precision and care. Their team also handled some minor maintenance, and my van is running like new! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend Nevada Auto Center for anyone in need of reliable car repairs. Thank you for your excellent service!

Super rude manager when I first pulled up he was extremely rude and said it's a 2 hour wait for an oil change and yet the garages are empty and the employees are just sitting around. I spent 2 minutes here and knew it'd be better to take my business elsewhere. Don't come here if you like to be treated with respect and decency.
