I went from the Bronx to this shop, about a 45-minute trip, but it was absolutely worth it. I had a problem with my GoTrax GX1 scooter, so I went to this shop. They helped me super fast, identified the problem as the display, and were able to get the new brakes working. All the work done in less than two days. Wow, incredible service, very friendly, and they make you feel like they appreciate you as a customer. I recommend them 100% 👌

These professionals truly know their craft. I walked in without an appointment today to have my scooter’s pneumatic tires replaced with solid ones, and they completed the job in under an hour. I had previously purchased tires from Amazon that didn’t fit properly, but they recommended and sold me perfectly fitting tires at the same price, so I returned the misfit ones.

Wonderful communication, service, and product. I used their online store to purchase a top-of-the-line electric scooter at a reasonable price, for delivery out-of-state. Even with juggling international logistics and transportation, Wilson scooters kept me updated every step of the way. The scooter itself came in perfect condition, no missing parts or broken functionality. The team will do everything they can to ensure the order/delivery goes smoothly, and be available to answer any questions and provide support after the product has been delivered. Even months after we received the scooter, the staff there provide me great support, always professional and friendly. I took my father’s scooter to get fixed they were very straight forward with possible issues. It was a total of a 3 day turn around to fix the issue on the scooter which ended up being the control unit was damaged. I was told either they could fix my current control unit if possible or it would have to be replaced. Both options did have different prices and they did not take advantage and try to up charge. They ended up repairing my current control. They were very honest and straightforward definitely will come back if any other issues occur. Yes there is a slight language barrier but definitely not impossible to communicate with the shop owner.

I brought my scooter in because the battery was not holding a charge and cutting out mid-ride. The repairman quickly fixed the issue, explained clearly what was wrong and got it fixed way faster than I expected. The scooter is now running back again, and the battery performance is solid. Super friendly and professional service all around. Thanks again for getting me back on the road! 🙂🫡
