The service manager Mark is fantastic. He is attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely customer service driven. He gave me a same day appointment and repaired my car perfectly. He provided me with personal attention. I will go back to Sunrise Chevrolet only because their service department is wonderful!!

I recently took my car to get an oil change service which included a tire rotation. While getting the tire rotation they broke the wheel locks in my car and in order for them to replace them they had to order new parts. As a busy working individual, it was very inconvenient for me to bring my car to get it fix on a different day. It's very unprofessional how they run their business which their main priority should be customer service. Horrible recovery! Do yourself a favor and save yourself stress and headaches and take your car somewhere else.

Making the appointment was easy and I was even texted directions to the service entrance. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the service staff and didn’t have to wait to check in. The service advisor was very helpful. I was just having an oil change, but even so, the service time was much quicker than expected. The waiting room was comfortable and there was coffee. I have one little concern. There is a small service fee for the use of a credit or debit card which I wish I would have known ahead of time. No big deal though, I walked a few blocks to the bank for cash. All in all, a very positive experience and I will be returning there for any future service that my Chevy Spark requires.

Great service. I just did the yearly maintenance and everything went smooth. The customer service and contact to set the appointment was excellent, the guys servicing my car were excellent, gave me a lot of important information too. I highly recommend!

I went to get an oil change, and it was recommended to have my tires rotated. This did happen unfortunately I don't believe that they checked my tires One tire has a leak in it and the tire pressure was low. When they rotated my tires the TPM stills indicates that the left rear tire is low when in fact it is now the left front tire has the leak. Last but not least why is there not a sign in the waiting room or in the service area stating that when you use your credit card there is a charge

The Service Director Ernesto Is all about his customers. I recently brought my vehicle in for service, unknowing my warranty ran out. Ernesto made sure me and my car was taken care of. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked with me. 10/10 customer service
