Was all set up to purchase a car. Had already pre-negotiated the deal with a manager and was trying to see the two different colors that they had available and confirm my purchase. I had the misfortune of being assigned to Chris as my sales manager. I did come 3 minutes earlier than my designated time of 2:00 p.m. Chris apologize for the wait and said he just finished up with the customer and was ready to help me. Told him I was looking in between the two Kia Niro SX models that they had in stock and I still just wanted to see the difference between the two colors. He said okay. Let me go grab the keys, about 15 minutes. Went by with absolutely nothing. Then he came back and said oh hey there you are. What car did you want? Why don't you come inside and we can figure out what models you were looking at and we can take it from there. So I stop by his desk where he looks up the 2 vehicles after I had to give him the information again. Once again he said okay. Let me go look at the second color. An additional 10 to 15 minutes went by. When he finally showed back up to his desk. He said sorry that car sold just yesterday. I said okay. I guess I'm just going to go with the only one you have left. We have the price confirmed. Everything is set to go correct? He said yes. Let me go talk with the manager. 20 minutes goes by and so does the rest of my patience, it was already nearly 3:00. I ended up nearly standing around for an hour at his whim where absolute minimal progress was made I then walked out and let him know that I was quite displeased with his service. Then he responds to me swearing and making up stories as to why this is all my fault. He also already expressed he had finished with his prior customer. Truly a pitiful excuse as an employee and just subpar service overall from Willowbrook Kia. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this location. CHRIS: Since you asked... I am your customer. I AM where your company gets money to pay your salary from. I AM where you get every penny of your commission from. You may want to understand that for all the future customers that have not read this message.

While I didn't make it to the two appointments. Their communication is very bad. No one answers the phone for appointments, nor service advisors, nor texts. You get a voice prompt stating texting is the fastest way to get a response... never responded to texting either appointment line nor service line. But a day or two after each missed appointment, I got a call from a random number of a different area code stating, I missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule. SMH It's strange how the only times they've answered the phone was when I called to schedule the two appointments. I don't know if it's worth it to reschedule at this point.

She's absolutely fantastic and as long as she's here, I'll only use this Service Center for my car's maintenance needs. 10/10 customer service!

Scammers! Stay away! I chose to become a Willowbrook Kia customer several years ago when I purchased my Kia Sorento because I thought it would make any possible warranty-related issues easier to address. In the last few years, the service department experience has progressively worsened. After a recent experience and an experience I had today, I'm not sure I would even go there for a warranty-related issue. Last July 2023, my right brake light was out, so I made an appointment for it to be replaced. I was on time to my appointment, and it took them about 2 hours to replace this brake light. They said that it took a long time because they thought I also wanted a multi-point vehicle inspection, and they recommended $791 of work for the cabin filter, fluids, engine air filter, and transmission. The whole experience seemed shady, so I declined the recommended services. I did not do the work on my own, nor did I have the services completed anywhere else. My car appeared to be running fine. I decided to go back to Willowbrook Kia one more time in December 2023 for an oil change. They did the multi-point inspection, and none of the same work was recommended. So, unless these filter, fluids, and transmission issues magically resolved themselves, they were trying to scam me last July. Fast forward to March 2024, when another driver pointed out to me that my right brake light was out. Since Willowbrook Kia replaced it last July, I thought it might be under warranty, so, despite my extreme reservations, I went there to see. I asked the person doing intake if this would be under warranty, and, avoiding my direct question, he said that it might be an electrical issue, not the bulb. I'd need to leave my car with them for 24 to 48 hours for "diagnostic testing." I asked if they could first test the bulb to see if the bulb itself was working as that seemed to be a quick indicator of whether or not it was the bulb or not. (I recognize that an electrical issue might cause the bulb to go out, yet, if the bulb was working, then I reasoned it might be a problematic connection and/or electrical issue.) He repeated the line about diagnostic testing. I don't trust them to do any diagnostics on my car. Stay away from this place!
