I actually am not sure why the reviews are so poor. My 2014 Sonata went in and was not only done before expected but they communicated well with me and provided good service. Would recommend based on my experience so far.

I used the EV charger, which somehow charges for both energy and time, adding up to about $1 per Kwh, which is pure thievery. If Hyundai wants to sell EVs, they should stop robbing EV owners.

The Service Department has terrible customer service. If you're a woman, go to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor where you'll be treated with respect.

We have not had good luck here. Service department does not return phone calls. Takes a long time to get your car in. They are not very friendly
