I went to Wickstrom Chevrolet for a warranty replacement of my Traverse's airbag. Getting an appointment was easy--7:00 am checkin. The SA (Robert) was great---fast checkin and he kept me advised of the status of my repair. The Wickstrom dealership is clearly well run. Comfortable waiting room, a table that kids can play at, and the washrooms were spotless. I was on the way home by 9:15 am. I had a good experience.

For the last 15 years, I have bought all my cars from Wistrom Chevrolet, a total of six vehicles; purchasing or serving has always been a great experience in the past. This time, something was different. I came for a problem that was misdiagnosed, and they asked me to pay for the first solution that didn't solve the problem because it was not the problem. I don't think this was honest from the service team.

Great for a basic oil change. However, I took my equinox in for AC maintenance 4 times over two months. They insisted the issue was a leak and apparently never looked at the electrical despite my request. Sunrise Chevrolet had it diagnosed and fixed within a day. I’ll be going there from now on.
