The service department was ready for my 30,000 mile appointment. They were very courteous & greeted me. After checking the car over they felt it needed a wheel alignment and asked my permission first. When completed the service personnel went over my check list to be sure I understood what was done. I was in & out in an hour. I was pleased with the service . I would recommend White’s Toyota of Lima.

I bought my auto at White's 5 years ago. I had my oil changed there on a regular basis. During the change they informed me I needed a new battery of which they installed one at no charge. I took it back for another oil change and they again said I needed a new battery and I informed them they had put in the last one. I received a new battery. At this last oil change, they, yet again, said I needed a new battery but indicated it was no longer under warranty as they take the battery from four years ago and carried it over to the battery that is in it now. Also, they said it could have been deliberately damaged so it would be replaced. Not so sure how they think I could damage it and still be driving on it but there you are. So okay why was I not informed of this when the battery was replaced previously? Just asking!

Not happy with the results. I went in because I was sick of getting the runaround from small town mechanics. So I thought I would go to a certified Toyota mechanic. They diagnosed my car and gave me a quote of over $6000 to change my catalytic converter and thermostat. It was a 2001 Toyota Corolla. The car was not even worth $6000. I am a full-time student and told them that I could not afford that so they told me that my best bet was to just change the thermostat. I asked for their advice on if that would Fix my car’s problem and make it last for another year to get me through school Or buy another car. They told me that fixing it would be cheaper than buying another car and would be sufficient to get me through. I paid over $600 and the problems on my car still persisted and I ended up having to get a new car anyways. The sales manager was so kind and helpful, but overall, I wish I never Took my car there to get it fixed.

Every time I bring my vehicle here they are more worried about upselling me on maintenance items rather than getting done what the car was originally brought in for. In the process not fixing the issues asked, losing my keys and then being super unprofessional.
