Mr.White provided quote over the phone and charged me exactly what he had quoted per each item . He did not pad the hours, nor did he throw in any extra charges. The price was more reasonable than in most places, which made it possible for me to have all shocks replaced and front wheel bearings repacked. Unfortunately, I could not get my brakes replaced, as my rotors needed turned, and they did not have a working lathe. I also chose to have a steering component replaced at a different place, which had alignment equipment. I would have preferred to have all of that work done at the same place. Hence is the 4 stars.
