Loved the costumer service! They were very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my car and let me know if every special to bring the high cost down. Would definitely return!

Went by yesterday to accuire about a flat repair. First off my wife walked up and 2 techs whistled at her like pigs. Second off Service advisor was super rude to my wife. We have tires bought there and on warranty had a hole in the driver side rear that needs to be patched. They told us to leave it over night to get patched. It would be of If I wasnt both a ex tech and Avisor for wheel works. This is not the wheelworks or bridgstone way to treat people or work with customers. The advisor at the close shift yesterday should be ashamed. My wife asked for his mangers name they told her not and walked away. They told her to file a complaint online. When you go to training in the bay area as a advisor for wheelworks this is not how you are trained. This shop has been awfule almost everytime I been here. I ended up down the street at a family owned shop. Took 15 mins to jack up, dismount , pull the nail plug and patch and remount and balance the tire. This does not take over night and with 2 two techs sitting on tire stacks they had more then enough time to take care of it especialy 1 hour before closed. This makes me extremaly upset becuse I worked both roles with the company for years and this aint the way.

I've had my oil changed twice at this store, and Juan at the front desk assisted me. I just noticed there’s no oil change sticker on my windshield after getting my car back. Did they actually use synthetic oil, or was it regular oil? and Thats reason?

I was able to set an appointment on line and it was used when I got to the Store. Juan, who was the front desk employee that got me started was extremely customer friendly and helped the process go smoothly. I even had to comment to him on how I was impressed with his knowledge, demeanor and attitude towards the customers. Windell was super helpful and helped add coupons to help me save on my big purchase. I'm happy that they were able to conduct an assessment and help fix brakes and struts. After picking up my car, I drove it to the beach and am happy with my car's performance. The odd sounds, squeaks are gone and I like my new tires. Thank you to Windell and the team.

Wheelworks on the Alameda in San Jose. I took my car in for a brake job. I dropped it off at noon. I knew it might be a long job and was prepared to leave it overnight or even for a couple of days. The service manager phones as they were closing to say that the car was ready. He stayed until we were able to pick it up, same day, after hours. Nice.

Wheel Works gets the job done fast. I dropped by early morning, thinking I might have to wait a while to get my new tire. I was out of there in about 45-50 minutes
