Recommended by a family member. Mercedes Service of Silicon Valley - this place is great!! I recently bought an 2007 E350. After a couple of weeks, the check engine light came on, so I made an appointment. They efficiently diagnosed the problem, repairs three separate issues and completed an overall assessment of the vehicle as a courtesy. Customers service was great - they took the time to explain all the repairs performed. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Car has been running perfectly since I picked it up.

I should have come here years ago. Troy Schalk was my service manager for years and then he changed to Mercedes Service Center of Silicon Valley. I brought my 350 Ml to the shop and was happily surprised. Not only did they do my major repair for less than I had been quoted elsewhere but found another issue and repair it as well. Great communication and the car runs better than it has in years. If you love your Mercedes this is where you should come.

Excellent experience, highly recommend. I had always maintained my Mercedes at the dealership until I moved to the Bay Area from the East Coast. Service prices at the dealership here are double what they are on the East Coast, so I decided not to get overcharged. $1300 at the dealer here for an oil change and brake fluid flush seemed like highway robbery. I found this place and couldn’t be happier. These guys know what they’re doing and they enter the service details into CarFax, so I can keep my CarFax pristine.

I couldn’t be happier with their work. I had two control arms replaced on my S-Class and they completed the work quickly and professionally. They were very friendly, and priced the work fairly compared to the dealership. In addition, they were able to accommodate me within 2 days and had the car done after 6 hours. I keep my car extremely clean, and I couldn’t find any black smudges or finger prints on my tan interior. Overall I can highly recommend this place. I am sure I will be back.

I've been going here for quite some time to work on my C43 AMG. They've always done a fantastic job and have fairly reasonable prices. I've done services, brake replacements, suspension, etc over the years and it's always been high quality work for a good price. Highly recommend.

Mercedes Service Silicon Valley absolutely exceeded all expectations and I cannot give any higher praise for a shop that will take the best care of your Mercedes! Brought my car in with a transmission warning light on, and they were able to immediately diagnose the issue to be the valve body. Parts arrived quickly and they were able to get everything installed and reprogrammed. Even with a slight hiccup on reprogramming, they were able to identify and remedy the issue within a day and finished the repair successfully. MSSV did a fantastic job clearly demonstrating their depth of knowledge and experience with Mercedes repair, specifically AMGs. Having a mechanic that understands these cars and can pinpoint the root cause of issues quickly is critical. I would not hesitate to recommend them as the go-to shop for service and repairs on any Mercedes The staff are all friendly and updated me regularly on the status of the repair as well
