Every time I visit Wheel Works I leave a happy customer. Alex the manager is awesome and always makes sure that my needs are met with stellar customer service! Marcelino is an AMAZING technician and works magic underneath my car!! His skills and expertise are definitely an enormous asset to Wheel Works! Thank you Wheel Works for having such a great team to help me keep all my vehicles in the top notch condition and helping me diagnose and promptly fix any and every issue I’ve had to deal with. Because of the Stellar team at the Alum Rock location in San Jose I know I can depend on Wheel Works. I’m going to tell all my friends where they should go to get the best service in town!!

Dishonest and inefficient service. I paid a lot for the alignment guarantee. At the paying time, they completed the service at a reasonable time. After that, they made it very hard to get the service guarantee done. I stopped by the store a few times and they rejected my service request because they said I didn't have an appointment. However, when I made appointment and got their confirmation, they still kept me waiting. I brought my car in at 9:00 AM for alignment, waited until 12:30 PM and the work was not started. Their excuse was that they were very busy. What is the point of having appointment and they still don't want to commit to their confirmation? I feel like being scammed after paying high price for the the alignment guarantee.

I made an appointment on Saturday for an alignment and Alex helped me check in my vehicle. I told Alex I will be waiting for my car. Within 15 min I see my vehicle in the garage and on the rack working on the Alignement. The service her is outstanding! Thank you Alex.

I need an appointment ahead of time, everybody was incredibly helpful. Everything went smooth. I highly recommend Wheel Works Alum Rock and Capitol Avenue.

This location was perfect for me in the morning when I noticed my tire had a nail and the air was low. Hoping they would help me (obviously charge me) and unfortunately upon arrival was immediately turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. Well based on previous reviews doesn’t matter if you schedule an appointment because they don’t help on the appointment time either. It’s not an office gentleman of Wheel Works, it’s a tire shop. Emergencies happen and a decent individual would be willing to help a walk in, it’s not like the services are going to be free. Hope this changes in the future.

(Photos posted are before Wheel Works took my car into their own hands, as you can see.. zero damage) Alex, From the Delgado family please… Horrible service, I took my bmw x5 in for an alignment and they return my car with a cracked windshield and damaged bumper. Keep in mind this was a newly purchased car and I know what’s right and wrong. They said they took out for a test drive to make sure alignment was right but they returned my car with damaged bumper and windshield, DO NOT TRUST WHEEL WORKS. My family has been with them for many many years. And their quality downgraded. Not only that but I paid for an inspection and they did not inspect, I know the undercarriage of my vehicle and they failed to point out the obvious common issues. Don’t waste your time for inspection or any major car work. Just get your wheels replaced and aligned and get out. Use your own judgement because the techs there don’t have any brains. They are lazy and sloppy Still fighting for my damage from their “test drive “ I have a picture in this review right before I turned my car into wheel works… before the damaged was done in their own hands. Customers please review, DO NOT TRUST WHEEL WORKS. I have zero damage to my vehicle prior and again this was a newly purchased vehicle, they failed on every aspect that was requested plus damaged to my car due to their “test drive” I will post another review with the damage pictures I have taken after. They promised me a fix days ago with no fix but at this point I think this issue will need to be escalated to court

I recently brought my car to Wheel Works, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to excellent customer service. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions with patience, and kept me updated throughout the process. The work they did on my car was nothing short of amazing. Everything runs smoothly now, and I can tell they paid close attention to the details. My 2000 Mustang was barely running when I brought it into Wheel Works two days ago.The mechanics completely went through my entire car and fixed it absolutely perfect, as a matter fact it works better than it ever has. It is such a pleasure to drop off my car to a place that will take excellent care of my car, fix it right the first time Make great friends that work there. Good customer service and a good price for replacing all four tires. However, I had an appointment in advance and it took them nearly 3 hours to be done. And they didn't even start working on the car until I've already been waiting an hour. I expected at the most 2 hours and it was a long time to just be waiting around in the lobby.
