What a professional, prompt and wonderful company. Thank you to Carlos specifically and the entire crew. I broke down with my two toddler children this morning and luckily made it off the highway but still in very busy traffic. These gentlemen organized and arrived in beyond a timely manner. Patient to say the least, courteous and ever so helpful. I would recommend this company over and over. Thank you again and Merry Christmas to you and yours. I highly recommend Westpark Towing! They were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Eddie was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took great care with the car. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable riding in the tow truck with him. This company obviously takes pride in the services they offer, as well as their towing equipment. Great to see these days! I will definitely recommend Westpark Towing and call them again if I need roadside service.

Eddie was FANTASTIC! He was so friendly, competent, and professional! Even while being very fast, he wanted to check to see if he could get my vehicle to start and really took his time on that. i’ve never left a review on Google before, but he went above and beyond, and it can be so rare to find people that are excited about their work, and therefore competent to perform it beyond what is even necessary for the job. Thank you so much!

Eddie came and towed me to a local place a few days ago. I had shared with him that I thought it was the alternator that wasn't working. After he got my car there he shared that he thought it was actually something with the starter motor. Im glad he did because I asked for the place to do a diagnostic first and he was right. There was a bad fuse for the starter. It's a much cheaper repair. Thanks Eddie!
