Rainbow muffler charged $350. For a mid pipe, exhause and tailpipe. They used parts off of the old exhaust on the repair, used different sized exhaust pipes and looks like a blind person was working the welder. The lady working the front desk was rude and dissmissive.

I went there because I had a leak and my alternator needed to be put in. From day one the communication was bad and I was blamed for not giving a “clear” answer ok cool I had to wait for work to be done that wasn’t even done so it pushed back time then she told me my radiation holes needed replacement both upper and bottom they charged me for both and only put one in the lady said I didn’t need my alternator witch I did my car was still leaking they charged me 34 just to refil my coolant that I didn’t ask for after my car stopped because the alternator I towed it to another shop they told me that r this company broke something in my car for my ac when they was putting in the one radiator hole I payed $300 for 1 hole I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN there’s also a $14 fee for using your card

Wish I found this place sooner. I’ve been to a BUNCH of places in CLE for mech work and This place ROCKS! Great customer service and prices more than fair being a fraction of what other shops have quoted. Guys are quick and efficient on the job. Thank you guys and gal soooo much. ✌🏼

To save time, I ordered an exact fitting Caliper and Rotor for install. The woman at the counter said, "We don't install parts that a customer bought" Seems they REALLY want to UPcharge on Parts. Bad Business Motto. Could of had a quick lick. Very Dismissive.

Appreciate the crew that assisted me with my truck, I was coming in from Detroit, had a bolt come off my break caliper, they got my parts, got me together on a Saturday even though the parts took long to get! Appreciate ya’ll!!

Brought in 2 trucks and both they were unable to be fixed AND have a new issue on both trucks and now have 2 none drivable trucks. And the kicker they fixed a problem on one of them just for me to pay almost 1k for them to say it’s unsafe to drive bc of the new issue that popped up after they finished fixing it and brought it for a text drive …???? Don’t recommend had this same issue years ago at the w130 spot after paying over $1k my car went up in flames as I drove it off the lot drove it back in they took out the fire and said well you can pay for this to get fixed another problem they made smh so don’t with rainbow muffler I’ve never had this issue with mr Cs I’ll take paying cash over payments if it means my car will be be worse every time just to make high payments !!!!
