Westend Rover and Jag

Highly recommend! My father was stuck on the road on a Saturday with our Range Rover and no one would take him or accept him to help him with the vehicle on his way to Florida. The gentleman here were extremely helpful, quick and affordable. He was on his way in no time. I was extremely worried about my father but he was definitely in good hands and I want to say thank you for all the help! Great shop & staff!

I have been having my Range Rover serviced here for several years now and have spent thousands of dollars for good repairs, and I was happy with the service. Went to pick up the car from a minor repair and there was a 10 inch crack in the windshield! First they said it was there when the car was dropped off. It definitely was not. Then I was told it was from "stress". I have been driving range rovers since 1999, and have never had a windshield crack for ANY reason, let alone "stress". They said they would review the cameras to see what happened. I asked if I could review the cameras and they said no. So there's the answer. So I'm out my insurance deductible to replace the windshield, and Westend is out several thousand dollars from my upcoming service, which I will be doing elsewhere. Condescending and borderline abusive. Well done. Look elsewhere for service. Response to the owner: By refusing to let me review the security cameras with you, you are admitting that you caused the crack. A simple sorry for your bad experience would have been a better response. The chip was on the far LEFT side of the windshield, the 10 inch crack that happened while you had my vehicle was on the RIGHT side of the windshield, a full 30 inches away. You are a liar and fraud. Was it worth not paying the repair and missing the $5K for the 90K mile service? I guess so. Congratulations on your success. I never got an offer from you to split the deductable, and I would have accepted that offer and never posted this review. More lies.

I highly recommend! I brought my Jaguar F-Pace in to get looked at. He(the owner) was very honest about the diagnosis in which it only needed a turbo. He also uses parts from the dealer which is great. I’ve not had any problems with the turbo since. I’d like to thank him again, Thank you so much! ☺️

My 2017 Jaguar (F-Type) is my dream car! So when it broke down on me I was heartbroken. I drove my car to a local repair shop (that claimed they could make the repairs); however, after several days without any communication, they finally called and acknowledged the repairs were not within their expertise and it was going to cost me a lot of money. I respected their honesty; however, I wasted several hundred dollars with them. I called Westend Rover and Jag and Isaias said to bring my car to his repair shop. He seemed confident when he assured me that he could fix my vehicle. Although I drove my car to the local shop, I was not able to drive my car to Westend Rover and Jag, so I towed my vehicle to Westend Rover and Jag. Once the diagnosis was completed, I received a call from Isaias with the repair details and the price for the service. I hesitated because I had already spent thousands on repairs that never solved the problem; however, Westend Rover and Jag did exactly what they said they would do and at the price they quoted. My repairs were completed timely and they communicated with me throughout the whole process. My car will NEVER go anywhere but Westend Rover and Jag. Isaias took great care of my car, and he takes pride in his establishment. The shop is clean (the floor looks like glass) and the staff are professional. I strongly recommend Westend Rover and Jag to everyone!

I highly recommend using West End Rover for any servicing needs on a Range Rover. They went above and beyond in diagnosing and fixing the problem on my son’s Range Rover evoque. He had multiple codes for the emission system, which turned out to be the ECM. They kept me informed and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Thank you West End Rover.
